ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 to A-3, in Crime No.

30 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 416, 417, 294(b), 498(A), 506(ii) of I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act & 3 (a) & (b) of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and Sections 3, 4, 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 34 of I.P.C and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.

Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that this is a case of matrimonial dispute and the first petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant and others are the in-laws of the defacto complainant and the allegation is that the petitioners demanded dowry from the defacto complainant and harassed her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considering the fact that this is a case of matrimonial dispute, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
