ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent / Surveyor, Usilampatti Taluk to survey and issue joint patta with respect to the B schedule property of the petitioner as in document No.1851/2021 relating to new T.S.No.4/2 which stands in the name of the petitioner and her two sons P.L.Parthiban and P.L.Sridhar. The petitioner had given an application on 28.05.2022 again on 23.03.2022.

2. It had been stated that this 'B' schedule property consist of two parts. One is measuring 9 cents of land and another one is measuring 5 cents of land. It is stated that the land measuring 9 cents has specific boundaries. The other land measuring 5 cents has no survey marks. Therefore, the petitioner has sought survey of the other land. Application has also been given. In view of the said application and on hearing the learned counsel for the respondent, a direction is given to the respondents to examine the application of the petitioner herein and proceed to survey the land and if the petitioner is entitled, issue joint patta in the name of the petitioner and her two sons P.L.Parthiban and P.L.Sridhar. The entire exercise shall be done within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
