ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.10.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.2382 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused robbed money from the defacto complainant by showing knife.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is the fifth accused in this case and he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that two previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of Cr.No.2382 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one Lakh only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e., at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.
