Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The petitioner admittedly did not posses the requisite certificate that his machinery are in a working condition. Therefore, his technical bid was rejected.
3.Hence, there is no case for interference. The writ petition stands dismissed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
