Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file an application for appointment of Advocate Commissioner to identify the suit property in the decree and judgment in O.S. No. 628 of 1974 dated 14.09.1976, and depending upon its outcome, to work out the further course of action, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
