Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.188/2020 dated 18.06.2020 and quash the same as the third respondent has no jurisdiction under Section 250(7) of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 and consequently forbearing the respondents from interfering in the Brooding and maintaining of quail farming in S.No.205/6A, Ezhudesam Village, belongs to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2020 within the period stipulated by this Court.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has permanently dismantled the quail unit on 22.11.2022. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
