ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.26 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 353, 506(ii) of IPC., on 24.05.2018. He also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
