file of the learned I Additional Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Crime No.147 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police pending disposal of the instant appeal in Crl.A.(MD).No.1356 of 2025

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioners in the judgment made in S.C.No.73 of 2020 on the file of the learned I Additional Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi dated 05.11.2025 and to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioners had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.20108 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 29.01.2026.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused persons are inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
