ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This anticipatory bail petition has been filed on the ground that the earlier order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14495 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020 expired due to pandemic situation, the petitioner is not able to arrange sureties.

2.Since the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail earlier, the second anticipatory bail may not lie. If the time is lapsed, the petitioner has to file a petition for extension of time. The petitioner is at liberty to file a proper petition seeking extension of time.

3.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
