ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.36 of 2017 within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents on instructions would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2017, the said FIR has been closed as 'mistake of fact'. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
