This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb. 2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered against the respondents 3 to 6 in Crime No.929 of 2020 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) of I.P.C.
