O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the third respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint made before the first respondent, dated 30.04.2018 in C.S.R.No.3579.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed directing the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to seek his appropriate remedy before the Civil Court in the manner known to law.
