Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6657 of 2020, dated 26.06.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.3676 of 2020 2020 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only), in favour of the Dean, Thanjavur Medical College and Hospital, Thanjavur, on or before 07.07.2020. During the total lock down period, the petitioner was unable to deposit the said amount. Hence, the present petition is filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6657 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. sd/- 23/07/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
