This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the private respondents, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main complaint itself was closed. The respondent police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

4.Since the main complaint itself was closed and the second respondent submitted that he called the petitioner for enquiry purpose, based on the private respondents' complaint, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
