(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Section 202 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 provides power to suspend or cancel resolution of the Panchayats by the Inspector of Panchayats namely, the District Collector, the second respondent herein and therefore, the petitioner can avail proper remedy in accordance with law. We find no justification to entertain the writ petition in public interest. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 to 3 of 2014 are closed.
