ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as Accused No.1 & 2. They were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 332 and 307 , in Crime No. 111 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The Government Advocate (Criminal side) contended that both the petitioners are having previous cases.
3.However, taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram.
