Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6509 of 2020, dated 23.06.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
