JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.V.P.Rajan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. 2.The learned Government Pleader, based on the written instructions would submit that since the service of the husband of the respondent were regularized subsequently, the employer has forwarded the pension proposal of the respondent.

3.Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Appeal and the Writ Appeal is therefore, dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
