ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.379/2019, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.37/2022.

3.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
