ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits as well as arrears of pension of the petitioner's father to the petitioner, by considering his representation, dated 01.08.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The case of the petitioner is that his father, who was working as a Elementary Grade Teacher, while in service, passed away. Seeking retirement benefits as well as arrears of pension of his father, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 01.08.2015. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.
5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2015 in respect of disbursement of retirement benefits as well as arrears of pension of his father and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
