The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.04.2017 in R.C.A.No.6 of 2014 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Tribunal (Principal Sub Court), Kumbakonam, confirming the order dated 07.04.2014 in R.C.O.P.No.18 of 2009 on the file of Rent Control (Principal District Munsif), Kumbakonam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that delivery has been ordered and possession has also been handed over to the respondent.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
