ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to quash the Final Report in P.R.C.No.24 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners restricted their prayer for dispensing with the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court, since they are willing to make compromise with the second respondent.

3. Even though the notice has been served upon the second respondent, it was returned stating that he is in Abroad.

4. In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition dispose of. The petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5297 of 2023 is allowed and the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is ordered to be dispensed with, on condition that they should 2/4

make out the possibility of settlement, since the issue is between the members of the Jamath. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5296 of 2023 is closed.
