Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner's Representation dated 18.10.2019 and subsequent remainder dated 08.06.2020 and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in T.N. Puthukudi Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai School Committee Higher Secondary School, Puliyangudi, Tenkasi District regarding mismanagement committed by the 4th Respondent and to take appropriate actions against 4th Respondent under T.N.Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Act,1973 and Rules. ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner's Representation dated 18.10.2019 and subsequent remainder dated 08.06.2020 and consequently, direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in

T.N. Puthukudi Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai School Committee Higher Secondary School, Puliyangudi, Tenkasi District, regarding mismanagement committed by the 4th Respondent and to take appropriate actions against 4th Respondent under T.N.Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Act,1973 and Rules.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the records.

3. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner and on hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2019 and subsequent remainder dated 08.06.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity to both parties to make their submissions. The District Registrar/third respondent shall take efforts to verify the veracity of the petitioner's claim that the

signature in the resignation letter and the letter of withdrawal of the complaint, is forged. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
