PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli to expedite the proceedings pending in G.W.O.P.No.126 of 2021 and dispose the same within the time frame. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli to expedite the proceedings pending in G.W.O.P.No.126 of 2021 and dispose the same within the time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.In G.W.O.P.No.126 of 2021, the matter was already referred to Lok Adalat for mediation, but the same was not settled between the parties and again the matter was referred for mediation. Once the matter is not settled in the Mediation, it cannot be sent for Mediation for further settlement.

4.Since the matter is regarding guardianship and custody of minor child, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.126 of 2021, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
