ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petitioner, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.34 of 2015, dated 19.02.2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of two months.

4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
