3. Considering the distance between Mudhukulathur and Pudukkottai is about 150 kilometers, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed. H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from Sub Court, Mudhukulathur to the Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
