ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his petition filed before the respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for correction of the revenue records pertaining to his property comprised in Kaanattaangudi Survey No.32/1, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, measuring to an extent of 65 cents. According to the petitioner, the aforementioned property belonging to him has been wrongly classified as Odai by the revenue authorities. In such circumstances, he has submitted the aforementioned petition before the respondent. 3.Heard Mr.A.Geroge Stephen Kanikkairaj, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petition submitted by the petitioner seeking for reclassification of the land is disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's petition in B6.No.49783/2019 after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.8032 of 2022 including granting him the right of personal hearing within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
