ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) The Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to stop the installation of poultry form by the third respondent at N.Thiruvenkadapuram Colony, Achamthavilthan Village, Virudhunagar District, pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner on 28.11.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the copy of the representation sent to the respondents 1 and 2.

4.Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we find it just and reasonable to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders, after providing reasonable opportunity to the third respondent and others, if any. 5.Accordingly, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing reasonable opportunity to the third respondent and others.

6.The petitioner is directed to furnish the copy of the representation to the respondents 1 and 2 along with the copy of this order.
