This Criminal Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3104 of 2021, dated 30.03.2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, dismissing the petition filed under Section 451 Cr.P.C.

2. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the past six hearings and hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Revision is dismissed for default.
