ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to regularise the services of the petitioners by considering their joint representation dated 11.07.2015. 2.The petitioners made a joint representation to the respondent, requesting to regularise their services with effect from the date of their initial appointment. The non consideration of the above representation, by the respondent, has resulted in filing of the present writ petition.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioners would be considered on merits.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioners' joint representation dated 11.07.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
