O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner or his family members, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his mother in respect of the purchase of the property. While so, his mother foisted a false complaint against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the complaint, the third respondent frequently called the petitioner for enquiry. The petitioner also appeared for the enquiry. In spite of that, they are harassing the petitioner. Therefore, he sent a representation, dated 19.12.2024 and the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the property originally belongs to the mother of the petitioner and when the property was sold by the Page No. 2 of 5

petitioner's mother, the petitioner received the sale amount, since the purchaser is the friend of the petitioner. Thereafter, he refused to pay the sale amount to the petitioner's mother. Thereby, she lodged the complaint and the same is under enquiry. During the enquiry, the petitioner appeared and sought time to produce some documents. However, thereafter, he did not appear. Therefore, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that the respondent has not harassed the petitioner and they will complete the enquiry within a week.

Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) that they have not harassed the petitioner, and there is a money dispute between the petitioner and his mother, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the complaint in accordance with law within a week from the date of this order.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
