Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Impugned notice in Na.Ka.No.L/1188/2017 dated 26.09.2017 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same in so far as the Item No.21, 22,23, and 24 are concerned.

Both the Writ Appeals are filed challenging the order passed in Writ Petition No.18982 of 2017, dated 07.12.2017. While Writ Appeal No.252 of 2018 was filed by Official respondents in the writ
petition, Writ Appeal No.828 of 2018 was filed by a third party to the writ petition, after obtaining leave from this Court.
2. We have heard both sides and perused the materials placed before us.
3. We are not inclined to go into the merits and contentions raised by both parties, in view of the admitted fact that lease period relating to the subject matter dispute has already expired on 31.12.2017. Therefore, nothing survives in these Writ Appeals to be considered and decided on merits. Accordingly, both the Writ Appeals are dismissed as infructuous, however, by granting liberty to the respective parties to raise all their contentions, as raised in the writ appeals, if any extension of lease period is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
