Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's land property with an extent of 35.07 cents situated at Survey No.1255/ABC, Sivalarkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District based on the application dated 17.05.2019 and the subsequent representation dated 18.03.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's land property to an extent of 35.07 cents situated at Survey No.1255/ABC, Sivalarkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District based on the application dated 17.05.2019 and the subsequent representation dated 18.03.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the application of the petitioner dated 17.05.2019 was considered and rejected by the third respondent. 3.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received any communication from the respondents till date and seeks liberty to make fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.7767 of 2020 application by furnishing relevant documents. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

(i) the third respondent is directed to communicate the rejection order to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same has not been served to the petitioner already.

(ii) Liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the authority concerned by furnishing relevant documents.

5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
