This petition has been filed to call for the records of the case in Crime No.249 of 2015 on the file of Usilampatti Town Police Station and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.249 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed by the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti and that the learned Judicial Magistrate has returned the final report for certain clarifications.

4. Since the charge sheet has been filed, this Criminal Original Petition for quashing the F.I.R. has become infructuous. Hence, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
