Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent submitted that the main writ petition itself has already been disposed of on 02.09.2020 with a direction to consider and pass order and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
