ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.SATHISH KUMAR J.) This petition has been filed seeking leave to file the contempt petition (MD) SR. No. 18152 of 2026.
2. Originally, the Public Interest Litigation in W.P. (MD) No. 7402 of 2020 was filed by one B. Raman. On 06.05.2021, the said writ petition was allowed by this Court. However, the order of this Court has not been complied with by the respondents.
3. Since the said Raman is not residing in Karuvelampatti Village, the petitioner, on behalf of the residents of Karuvelampatti, Chokkanathapatti, and Koothiyarkundu villages, has filed the present application seeking leave to file the contempt petition (MD) SR. No. 18152 of 2026.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed and leave is granted.
