The Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the plaint filed in O.S.No.167 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Theni.

2. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file an application under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C., before the trial Court.

3. Considering the said request, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C., before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order and on filing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C., the trial Court is directed to entertain the petition and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, by giving opportunity to both the parites, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
