Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 439(2) of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to cancel the bail granted in Cr. M. P NO. 1646/2017 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi Pudukkottai district dated 05.07.2017. ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.MATHAVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON,Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, this Court made the following order:- The Second respondent in this petition namely, Manikandan is shown as first accused in Crime No.19 of 2017, registered on the file of the District Crime Branch, Pudukkottai. He was granted with Bail by the learned Juducial Magistrate, Alangudi. To cancel the same, the petitioner herein had filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14326 of 2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2017. When the matter was taken up hearing, it had been undertaken by the said Manikandan that, he will deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.19 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi on or before 19.01.2018.

2. It is now seen that the said condition has not been complied with till date. Extension of time has not been obtained. Hence, this Court has no other option other than to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the second respondent herein. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
