This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.12.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 04.12.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
