2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.MATHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent 1, Mr.M.RAMU, Advocate for R2 & R3, the court made the following order:- The respondents 2 and 3 in this petition namely, Rani and Murugaiah are shown as accused Nos.3 and 4 in Crime No.19 of 2017, registered on the file of the District Crime Branch, Pudukkottai. They were granted with Bail by the learned Juducial Magistrate, Alangudi. To cancel the same, the petitioner herein had filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14034 of 2017. When the matter was taken up hearing, it had been undertaken by the said respondents that, they shall deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.
19 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi on or before 19.01.2018.

2. It is now seen that the said condition has not been complied with till date. Extension of time has not been obtained.
