ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the closure report dated 20.09.2015 submitted by the third respondent and to entrust the case to some other agency for investigation. 2.It is seen from the records that the case was closed even in the complaint stage. Therefore, it is left open to the petitioner to redress the grievance by filing a private complaint before the appropriate Court. The petitioner will also have an opportunity to get the case investigated in view of the provisions under Section https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

202 of Cr.P.C., if the Magistrate deems it fit to direct the investigation.

3.With the above liberty given to the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
