The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 05.06.2024 and 18.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The petitioner has prayed for a direction to be issued to the 2nd respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the enquiry is now been conducted by the 1st respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, who is the competent authority.

5. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider 2/4

the petitioner's representation, dated 05.06.2024 and 18.12.2024 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to all the interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
