The petitioner was appointed as Agricultural craft Teacher in the fifth respondent school on 18.01.1998. He reached the age of superannuation on 31.05.2010.

2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he was entitled to be paid salary payable to any teacher in an aided institution. He would also draw the attention of this Court to order passed on 24.03.2018 in W.P.No.415, 436 of 1989 etc., batch. He has given representation dated 14.08.2014. He wants his representation to be considered in the light of the said Judgment. 3.The fourth respondent is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
