Nagar, Ponnagaram, Natham Road, Dindigul Town, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, within stipulated time as fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2022 to notify in the Tamil Nadu Gazette publication for the petitioner's daughter as A.Hemalekha, C/o.Amaravathi, residing in Door No.1/220, A.B. Nagar, Ponnagaram, Natham Road, Dindigul Town, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, her husband, Sritharan, deserted her and her two children in the year 2017 and they have been living separately for the past five years. According to her, she has changed her name as Amaravathi K S, daughter of P.Vaikundam instead of Amaravathi, wife of Sritharan in her Aadhaar Card. She has been instructed by the educational 1/3
institution in which her children are studying that she has to make a gazette publication in the Government gazette effecting publication as regards her changed name. She has given a representation on 07.04.2022 for the said purpose to publish the name of her daughter as A.Hemalekha, C/o.Amaravathi, residing in Door No.1/220, A.B. Nagar, Ponnagaram, Natham Road, Dindigul Town, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District to submit the same before the educational institution. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner, who is the mother of A.Hemalekha, has filed this Writ Petition.
3. Heard Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2022, seeking to notify in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette publication for the petitioner's daughter as A.Hemalekha, C/o.Amaravathi, residing in Door No.1/220, A.B. Nagar, Ponnagaram, Natham Road, Dindigul Town, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2022 seeking to notify in the Tamil Nadu gazette publication for the petitioner's daughter as A.Hemalekha, C/o.Amaravathi, residing in Door No.1/220, A.B. Nagar, Ponnagaram, Natham Road, Dindigul Town, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner.
