O R D E R

This petition has been filed to directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 01.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
