PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikuntam, Thoothukudi District to dispose of the case in C.C.No.118 of 2015 on his file as expeditiously as possible more fully within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikuntam, Thoothukudi District to dispose of the case in C.C.No.118 of 2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the case in C.C.No.118 of 2015 is posted for Trial on 11.07.2018 and the prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined.

3.In view of the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since this case is of the year 2015, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, Thoothukudi District to dispose of the case in C.C.No.118 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
