ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the complaint dated 22.09.2015 has been sent by post. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and lodge a fresh a complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint dated 28.12.2015 to the second respondent police and on receipt of such complaint, the same can be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
