Mr.P.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel for transport corporation takes notice for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is employed in the respondent corporation. He has given an application for grant of Provident Fund (NonRecovery P.F) loan to the tune of Rs.4,40,000/-.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion with regard to the quantum of loan to be sanctioned to the petitioner . But then whatever the petitioner is eligible to get, he has to be necessary given. Therefore direction is given to the respondent to process the petitioner's application dated 18.12.2017 and sanction the eligible loan amount within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
