Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The petitioner states that he is interested in carrying out the Kudimaramathu works in the petition mentioned site. He also states that the respondents should not lead to any third party contractor.

3. This Court on the earlier occasion, directed the learned counsel for the respondents to get instruction. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondents produced the work order issued to the registered society which has got more than 63% of total ayacutdars.

4.If that be so, the respondents are directed to serve a copy of the work order issued to the said society to the petitioner. So that, the petitioner can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the order.

5.With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
