Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2021 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to include all the legal heirs of Ayyavu @ Karupudayar in the Land acquisition relating Survey Nos.31/1, 31/7, 31/9 in Kannudaiyanpatti Village, Manaparai Circle, Tiruchirappalli and award fair and adequate compensation to the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.04.2021 wherein the petitioner is seeking to include the names of the legalheirs of Ayyavu @ Karupudayar in the Land Acquisition proceedings initiated by the respondents with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.S.Vinod Sathya Lazar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.02.2021 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
